Thank you for shopping with Baby Bootique. Your invoice and order number are emailed to you on dispatch.
Baby Bootique care about your sizing. We provide internal measurements for all of our footwear and every pair of shoes has it’s individual size chart. Please be guided by our measurements, to ensure correct sizing we recommend measuring your child's feet before every purchase.
What items are returnable?
- Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment
- In original condition
- Unwashed and Unworn
- In the original packaging
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no extra charges for returns
- Original shipping charges is non-refundable, however, original shipping charges are included in a store credit
- You are responsible for return shipping charges
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the returns form and click 'Return Items'
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
- PLEASE TAKE NOTE: No credit is given for lost return packages. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost return packages.
How soon will I get my credit?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.
- If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied with an email notification sent to you, within 3 business days.
